Partnered with Mastercard executives to build their 3 year strategic plan for CX Transformation and to define, build, and implement their Product Management Excellence framework. The global framework embedded customer journey mapping and design thinking principles into new product development and continuous optimization. Led to creation of the CXO role and CX capability group at Mastercard. >3x stock price growth in 5 years.

Increasing average rev per customer by 139% to $680k

Partnered with the CEO, CRO, and CMO as the Growth Strategist to level up and de-silo the GTM. Started and led the 3 year visioning sales overlay and the business value consulting teams. Led development of AI Transformation model and masterclass sessions at our customer events while reimagining Sales Enablement from selling features to selling value. Workshopping as growth strategy

Go-to workshop design and facilitation lead in North America. Authored 'The Art of the Workshop' used globally as a training tool. Externally, I co-founded the Digital Product Innovation Capability and grew it from $0 to >$20M in two years. Internally, I led M&A post merger integration workshops and regional QBRs on behalf of the NA CEO.

Transforming contact centers at scale with conversational AI

Led QBR workshop to close 8 figure renewal contract to transform HSBC into a conversational bank. Defined Center of Excellence to test, iterate, and scale use of automation, conversational AI, and intent driven routing. Expanded to >15 countries. Asked to present to global top 1% performers across HSBC on 'Developing an AI Mindset'.


Successfully raised seed round as interim COO/CSO

Placed by Venture Firm as interim COO/CSO to own the pitch deck, integrated roadmap, proforma and financial modeling, go to market, and investor relations. Multi-million term sheet signed and due diligence complete. Amount to be shared if/when publicly announced.


Launching AI enable digital concierge to kickstart digital transformation

Co-created a three year vision for David's Bridal's future customer experience. Presented to full C-Suite, led to 7 figure contract, and development of Zoey - the on brand, always on digital concierge. Unlocked >60 NPS with 90% First Contact Resolution and increased sales through greater appointment scheduling. Featured in Forbes.
